We ask that you please arrive 5 minutes prior to your first treatment to allow ample time to check-in and prepare for your treatment. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.

If arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but this is not always possible. Service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guest treatments and are charged at full value. Appointments missed by 15 minutes or more may require re-scheduling and/or subject to our “No-show/cancellation policy”.

We require a 48 hour notice for any cancellation of an appointment. Please make sure to call/text during business hours the day before your appointment in order to avoid any cancellation charges of 50% the cost of your scheduled service during a late cancel, and 100% of the cost of your scheduled service for no-showed appointments or appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time. This charge is to be settled over the phone at the time of your missed appointment.

Our goal at Taya’s is for every client to leave our salon with complete satisfaction of their hair service. In the case we have not met your expectations with your hair; we would like to invite you to contact us within 5 days for a complimentary adjustment to be scheduled within 10 days of your initial service.

For naturally curly hair clients, please come to your appointment with clean, routinely styled hair. Showing your stylist what your natural curl/how you like to wear your curl helps to ensure the best cut to cater to your individual curl pattern! Most of our curly haircuts are done initially on dry hair, but still include a shampoo and style out.
